Merary is Vice President, Operations Field Human Resources for Frito-Lay's West Division of PepsiCo Inc. She has responsibility for leading a strategic Human Resources agenda that is focused on key HR initiatives that inspires greatness in over 7,000 employees and supports the business agenda. Merary has direct responsibility for 20+ Human Resources professionals. Merary joined the Frito-Lay Division in 2004 and has held positions of increasing responsibility. In 2004 she was responsible for the Human Resources function in the NY/NJ and Philadelphia area. During 2006-2008, Merary held the position of Human Resources Director for PepsiCo Caribbean Foods. Prior to joining PepsiCo Inc., Merary worked for Revlon as the Human Resources Manager supporting the Sales & Retail Organization. Before then, she worked for Prudential Financial in the Talent Acquisition Department, where she was responsible for the strategic development, planning and execution of the college recruitment program. Merary also worked for Warner-Lambert Company for nine years where she held different positions in the Human Resources field such as Generalist, Re-engineering Team Member and Staffing Consultant. Merary received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ and a Master of Science degree from Fordham University in New York City.
