Marc Miller

Marc Miller is an industry veteran with 24 years of commercial real estate experience in the greater New York metropolitan area. His is broker and advisor to hundreds of corporations, professional service firms and not for profit organizations covering a wide range of size requirements and transaction complexity. Marc founded the firm in November 2000 with the goal of creating an integrity based work environment where team members work together crafting the best real estate solutions to our clients’ office space requirements.

Over the years Marc has represented as exclusive broker and tenant advisor many types or organization’s including Compaq Computer Corp., Dragados USA, Compagnie Deutsch, Arnold & Porter, American Foundation for the Blind, Itochu International Trading and Lectra USA. The firm’s diverse client base and referral sources view Miller & Partners as their de facto real estate department.

Marc has assisted clients in finding appropriate space for relocation, handled the disposition of space and negotiated lease renewals in many of New York’s flagship properties, as well as Class A & B buildings throughout Manhattan and suburban markets. Marc has been quoted extensively in print and broadcast media including MSNBC TV, Crain’s New York, The Real Deal, The New York Enterprise Report and Commercial Property News.

After graduating from Queens College of the City of New York in 1981 Marc joined the New York office of Price Waterhouse as a staff accountant. After a year he transitioned into commercial real estate by joining Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc. and then moved on to Morgan Grenfell Laurie, a London based boutique seeking additional market penetration in Manhattan. From 1988 to 2000 he worked at Studley, Inc. in the capacity of Managing Director for client service and business development.

On a personal basis Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, reading and hiking. Marc supports several philanthropies including the Nuclear Threat Initiative, whose mission is to reduce the risk of use and prevent the spread of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons and the One Family Fund which financially and emotionally assists victims of terrorism and their families.
