Marcos A. Ramos is an attorney associated with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., one of Delaware’s oldest and most accomplished law firms. Marcos is a member of RL&F’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group, and his practice includes a focus on litigation. Marcos also is a registered mediator with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and an active mediator with the Superior Court of Delaware. Prior to joining RL&F, Marcos practiced as a litigator in New York and Los Angeles. He is licensed to practice law by the States of Delaware, New York, California and Maryland.
Marcos graduated from The University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Michigan Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University.
