ORM was established in 1987 by Ken Perun and Scott O'Keefe. These founding Principals of ORM are still an extremely active part of ORM today. The company's genesis was based on the practical concepts Scott and Ken developed and successfully utilized for years. Its ttried and true methodologies, which have helped the company flourish, have enhanced over the years by the experience and talent which have joined the team and created "the ORM way" of Project Management.

ORM trains and cross-trains its employees to create solid working teams to partner with clients and vendors as their single point of contact for Project Management.

ORM has developed a successful career path within the company. This enables it to attract various levels of experienced, talented and enthusiastically dedicated individuals. In spite of being spread across many states, the company has maintained a family-type environment which contributes considerably toward effective team development. ORM is proud to offer its clientele both on-site and remote Project Management services and support with the same level of success.
